Professor Pelech’s Algebra 2 2015!
Today you will be taking a trip to the New York Hall of Science! While there you must complete the following task:
1.
Find three exhibits that you think relate to the
coursework you were taught this year in Algebra 2!
2.
Using a camera phone / SMART phone (or a friend’s camera
phone) take a picture of each exhibit (you can be in it if you want).
3.
Send an email from your phone (or text)
addressed to: mrpelech.Algebra2@blogger.com
4.
The Subject line of the email/text should read:
“Your name (first names only) and the name of the exhibit.
5.
The Body of the email/text should describe how
the exhibit relates to geometry. Use
complete sentences and proper grammar.
One word answers do not count!
6. Can
we work in teams? YES, the maximum
number of people on a team is 4. Be
sure to include all first names of the team members! In the subject
area.
7. What
if I don’t have a phone? Team up with
someone who does!
8. Will
this count towards my grade? YES!!
9. Where
will this work be posted? Professor
Pelech’s website! We’ll do a slide show
next week.
